ABOUT kyle

Bringing people together, highlighting our SHARED HUMANITY

Kyle Colavitti believes life is too short for small talk. While many shy away from addressing the “Big Stuff”, she passionately engages in the difficult conversations that foster healing. Kyle’s approach centers on opening up our wounds to let in light, reminding us that we are not alone in our struggles.

Kyle is a lifelong storyteller whose journey spans from stage to page, beginning as an actress and evolving into a writer and speaker. She believes that sharing our stories with both humor and depth is one of the most powerful ways we grow as human beings. Inspired by Eckhart Tolle’s concept of the “Earth School”, Kyle sees life as a shared classroom where we are here to care for one another and learn together.

Kyle comes from a big, loving family as the fifth of six children, and she credits her deep empathy and strong intuition to that foundation. Her close bond with her parents profoundly shaped her, and the loss of her father marked her first true journey with grief. Trusting her instincts, she allowed the grief to move through her rather than resist it, an experience that revealed how uncomfortable our culture can be with open conversations about loss. That realization ignited in her a passion to bring light and language to the universal, often-silenced experience of grief, helping others feel less alone in it.

Married for over two decades, Kyle often shares the life lessons she’s gained walking beside her husband. Early in their relationship, she developed three key questions, later five, that became her personal compass for choosing a life partner. These questions now serve as a thoughtful guide for couples seeking clarity, connection, and commitment, whether they're just starting out or deepening an existing bond.

As a mother to two teenage boys, Kyle draws from what she affectionately calls her “M.O.M. degree” (an education earned through real-time, in-the-trenches problem-solving). These parenting experiences, full of growth and humility, have given her an even greater appreciation for life’s unpredictable, beautiful messiness.

Throughout it all, the enduring friendships Kyle shares with other women have been a source of strength and inspiration. Her ability to connect through shared stories and lived experiences has become a signature of her work. Whether mentoring, speaking, or simply listening, she considers it a profound honor to help women of all ages see themselves clearly, embrace their authenticity, and navigate life with confidence and compassion.
